Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the MXServiceBuddy iOS app and its Pro subscriptions.
Standard Apple terms
MXServiceBuddy is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your license to use the app.
Subscriptions
MXServiceBuddy Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. The available plan, duration, and price are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
App use and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the motorcycle and maintenance information you enter. MXServiceBuddy is a personal record-keeping tool and does not replace a manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, professional inspection, or safety advice.
Your data is stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, synchronized through your private iCloud database. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app, subscriptions, or applicable requirements change. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. For questions, contact support@mxservicebuddy.com.
